We do not accept any prescription refill requests that come directly from the pharmacy. We ask that any request for medication refills be made via the patient portal. Allow at least three to five business days before your medication runs out. Please verify your medication at the pharmacy before purchasing. Ivy Collaborative Healthcare can not be responsible for patients accepting inaccurate prescriptions from the pharmacy.
